This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our application, with a primary focus on protecting your personal data, especially portrait images. Since PassSnapAI does not require account registration or login to access its features, no account related information will be involved in the use process.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the App does not collect any facial data. All core functions and image processing of the App are completely completed on the user’s local device with no external data interaction.
PassSnapAI does not collect, store, or share any personal identification information, account credentials, contact details, or browsing history from users. We do not require you to provide an email address, phone number, name, or any other personally identifiable information to use the app. Additionally, we do not track your device information, including device model, operating system version, or location data. There is no data processing for analytics, advertising, or marketing purposes, and no irrelevant functional modules are integrated into the application. All user operation data and portrait content only exist on the local device and will never be acquired by the App.
When you use PassSnapAI to upload a photo from your album or take a portrait photo using your device’s camera, all photo processing and local AI generation tasks are performed locally on your device. The entire ID photo creation process runs on your personal device independently, and no photo content will be transmitted to any external environment. You have full control over all portrait and photo data generated during the use of the App.
All portrait materials processed by the local AI will only be retained on your local device. Users can delete all photo data and temporary cache generated by the App at any time through active deletion or uninstallation operations. The App does not retain any residual photo information, facial features, or local AI processing records after users clear local content. No photo data will be used for any purpose other than generating the exclusive ID photos confirmed by users themselves.
PassSnapAI may store minimal temporary settings data locally on your device, such as your recently selected ID photo size, background color, and cropping rules. This data is stored exclusively on your device and is used only to enhance your user experience by remembering your preferences for future sessions. This local data is not accessible in any external way. You can clear this local data at any time by uninstalling the app, which will remove all temporary settings and preferences from your device. All setting data processing is completed through local AI operation on your device.
PassSnapAI does not access or invoke any third-party services in the process of operation. All local AI calculation, image cropping, background adjustment and ID photo standard matching functions are independently completed through built-in local AI technology of the App. There is no third-party participation in any data processing and function realization link of the App.
We take comprehensive measures to protect the security of your data while using PassSnapAI. All local data processing and local AI computing procedures on your device are protected by the security features of your operating system. We regularly review and update our security practices to address potential vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with the latest security standards. All user content and facial related data are limited to local device storage and processing, which fundamentally avoids any risk of data leakage.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app’s features or privacy practices.
