All users are required to fully read and comprehend every clause in this agreement before opening and utilizing Neuvis and its internal local artificial intelligence portrait creation functions.
All creative materials, uploaded reference photos and completed portrait works processed by local artificial intelligence within Neuvis are stored solely on users' local devices. Users are capable of deleting corresponding files at any time through internal application tools or device system settings. As a result, Neuvis does not process or gather any type of facial data and facial feature information from users under any operational circumstances.
Any behavior of downloading, opening, browsing and invoking functional modules of Neuvis will be regarded as that the user has fully understood, recognized and accepted all clauses recorded in this terms of use. This agreement works together with the Neuvis privacy policy to constrain user usage behaviors and explain relevant service rules, forming a complete constraint standard for all users accessing application functions.
Neuvis is a lightweight portrait creation application designed and developed for iOS device users. The application adopts a password-free and account-free access mode, requiring no registration or identity verification procedures. Users can select local reference photos to generate high-definition photorealistic vertical portrait posters via built-in local artificial intelligence algorithms, and produce delicate dynamic portrait short clips through the independent video tab. All finished works can be saved locally or exported to device photo albums for daily use and personal sharing. All creation procedures run independently on user devices with local artificial intelligence, and Neuvis never obtains any facial information from user uploaded materials and generated portrait works.
The privacy policy released by Neuvis is an indispensable supplementary part of this terms of use. Matters related to local data storage, local artificial intelligence processing details and device permission rules that are not specified in this agreement shall be implemented in accordance with the clauses of the privacy policy. Consistent with the privacy policy, all data processing activities of Neuvis adhere to the localized operation mode, and the application never collects any facial data of registered or unregistered users.
Neuvis permanently adopts an account-free service mode for all users. Users can obtain complete access permissions for all core creation functions including poster generation and video clip production without submitting personal basic information, binding contact methods or completing any identity authentication steps. The application only requests necessary album and storage permissions to support normal operation of local artificial intelligence creation functions. The permission authorization process only acts on local file calling inside user devices, and will not cause Neuvis to acquire any user facial data.
All users shall use Neuvis and its local artificial intelligence creation functions only for personal non-commercial creative activities. Users are prohibited from utilizing portrait creation functions to generate inappropriate, offensive and improper content; users are not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile, modify and tamper with the built-in local artificial intelligence program and internal code framework of Neuvis. Users shall independently bear all consequences caused by irregular usage behaviors.
All original reference photos actively uploaded by users and all photorealistic vertical posters as well as dynamic motion clips generated by users relying on local artificial intelligence belong exclusively to the user who completes the creation. Users enjoy full ownership, modification rights, deletion rights and export rights of all self-generated works. Since all creative content is stored locally and Neuvis does not collect any user facial information, the operation team will not claim any ownership right to user personal creative works in any form.
Neuvis equips every user with a free internal export function. After completing portrait posters and dynamic video clips through local artificial intelligence, users can export these finished works from the application's exclusive file directory to the default photo album folder of iOS devices. The entire export operation is completed inside the user's local device without any external participation.The export function only realizes local file migration, and Neuvis never collects facial feature data contained in exported portrait works.
After exporting creative works to the local photo album, users have the right to share their self-made portrait posters and short motion clips to various third-party social platforms according to personal preferences. All sharing decisions and operational behaviors are independently controlled by users. Neuvis does not set up any built-in sharing entrance, and will not participate in the whole content sharing and dissemination process. All shared portrait content is managed by users alone, and Neuvis has no access authority to any facial data involved in shared works.
All independent intellectual property rights of Neuvis are reserved by the operation team, covering the application overall framework, exclusive operation interface, localized artificial intelligence core algorithm, built-in rendering style templates and dynamic motion effect templates for portrait creation. Users only obtain limited personal non-commercial usage rights during the period of using the application.
The application name Neuvis, exclusive desktop icon and all customized functional marks involved in the application are exclusive brand resources owned by the operation team. No individual is permitted to copy, imitate or use the above brand elements for any indirect or direct commercial purposes without prior approval from the official team.
The Neuvis operation team reserves the right to carry out version updates, local artificial intelligence algorithm optimization, style template addition and dynamic effect upgrading according to user usage feedback and product development plans. Function iteration will effectively improve user creative experience, and will not change the basic account-free access mode of the application. No matter how the internal functions are optimized and upgraded, the localized data processing mode and the zero-collection rule of user facial data will always remain unchanged.
The official team may conduct temporary maintenance for individual functional modules to solve potential adaptation bugs and optimize operating fluency. Short-term module maintenance will not affect the local storage data of users, and all uploaded materials and finished portrait works stored on user devices will not be damaged or changed in any way. During all maintenance cycles, Neuvis still does not collect any user facial information and local creative data.
The operation team has the right to revise and update the clauses of this terms of use to adapt to product function changes and user service demands. The revised agreement content will be published inside the latest version of Neuvis for all users to view. Users' continuous use of local artificial intelligence portrait creation functions after the release of updated clauses will be deemed as acceptance of the revised agreement content. The revision of partial clauses will never override the core localized service mechanism and the permanent zero-collection policy for user facial data.
